Question about shippers(only the toxic ones)

Har fandom mein aise hi hote hain kya? Reel character ka khunnas real actors pe nikalne wale? Was Pankhuri Awasthi treated similarly in season 2?

Vedika as a character was criticized (rightfully) a lot for her actions. Even Pankhuri's acting was mocked by fans here. Other than that I don't remember the actress getting character assassinated or name called on a daily basis, at least not on this forum (I might be wrong though). Bird app is toxic and fans there are mostly toxic, who can't differentiate reel and real. I think Pankhuri had similar experiences as JS there.

She was I guess..not just her , all the parallel leads , negative characters and supporting one's...the hatred for the character spills on to the actors ..the amount of hatred aishwarya (ghum) got is unparalleled (I don't like her or her acting either but I don't waste time cooking up theories n putting them.on Twitter)

If the leads are not on good terms , the sm is a war zone ...their every action is dissed , judged and then they come.up with weird stuff ..same with those who are dating...the "shipping" might affect an actors personal life but they don't care.....I won't mention names bec this thread will also turn into a war zone 😆 the fandoms live in an imaginary world where their fav actors are Gods while the rest of them are mosquitoes

Recently the negative lead of tere bin (Paki show) was brutally trolled for the character she plays ..personal attacks r very common . Wonder how these actors handle it. Must be very difficult.

However the ph gives a shit to everything lol

Ummm yesss.. 🥱 I still remember when pranali was playing negative character in previous show... Uske comment section aur insta DM mein roz log apna frustration nikalte the. Poor girl.. I used to feel very bad for her

Shippers of real life actors like priyankit shippers are toxic to the next level. They stalk and harass every single potential boyfriend or girlfriend of their favorites, going to the extent of giving death threats to them. They start character assassinating their favorites if one of them goes on to date other people.

The toxicity that ALL fandoms bring is insane and it has always been there, right from the times of kzk1 or YHM 😆....

But because of Bird, it has increased to another level👎🏼. Amount of hatred for fictional character pouring onto real actors is becoming common.

I think channels specifically like SP is playing major role in fueling such emotions by making actors behave lovey-dovey offline/behind the scenes / award functions... It's becoming more common for actors to seem hooked up off screen to fuel their onscreen - look at these two leads + KV-Deba, Sai-Shivangi, PriyAnkit, Fahmaan-Sumbul... 🤪Atleast Alice and Kanwar are real... But I feel it's just a setup whenever they do this...

This show hits all the records of hatred against actors - KS, JS, etc. Only thing I used to wonder is why do people take up roles like negatives like those or replace actors or step in to play Parallel Leads... But I guess everyone needs money and job..

Mods- feel free to edit the comment here from bringing actors from other shows or characters... It's just a comment based on observations.

here on IF Vedika’s character was criticized a lot. But sometimes people here criticized KaiRa too since they also did some morally dicey things during that track. I have always seen a very balanced sharing of views here.

But Pankhuri did get a lot of hate. I remember randomly checking her insta and all comments were so hateful. It was sad coz she was just playing a role. Kaira were not a real life couple and she was not a real life vamp.
But apparently going after actors for characters they play is nothing new. A minor part of the shippers bring a bad name to the entire fandom.

Infact just recently the child actor playing Ruhi also got hate/dislike comments on reels of the show. That’s how I found out her name - Hera. (Some tagged her account) Some shippers don’t even spare a small kid.

Another thing i noticed is screen space fight a lot. I guess production house knows what's working for them and what not. I am not sure why fans worry so much on who is getting more ss. I feel for side actors sometimes who comes and sit hours on set and just get 1-2 scenes. If anyone gets more ss other than leads, they often bring up on having connections which might be true too sometimes but not sure if thats always the case. They also need to run their serial and take the story forward or attract new audience for TRP.

I would to see all side characters growth as well. More they show leads in daily serial more misunderstandigs and it becomes boring seeing same romance getting repeated. I like Ekta shows in that regard as characters are more balanced but only thing that annoys me there also is similar vamp tactics and tod mod ke same story repeated in her every serial.

These days I feel it's best to avoid social media if you need a peaceful life. Better for actors and others as well. But I guess sometimes actors don't have a choice as ph forces them to promote their serial or it helps them in getting work.
