I never thought that Harshad will say yes to RS and will lead Rishta. This show have always given utmost importance to the tourchbearers of legacy.. OG Akshara, Naira& Akshu. But this gen is an exception tho. Harshad would have putforth his conditions before signing the doted lines.Abhimanyu is given nice wardrobe, good amount of screen space and i feel he is the face of this gen.For which Harshad is getting a lot of love & bashing.. Abhimanyu Birla is definetly bringing a lot of heat & glory to Harshad as the lead of starplus longest running show.

I feel Akshara's character is compromised for sidey glorification...

Who thought Harshad will consider a franchise with a legacy. Everyone expected or were waiting for the 3rd generation to fall like a house of cards within 3 months.

Whatever it is Abhimanyu Birla has been deemed as one of the toxic male lead after the white episode.

I disagree with Anuj giving similar vibe like white episode. Anupamaa let Choti go, putting no effort in her stupid 15 day challenge and all (going so far as to stop Anuj having a conversation with Choti) whereas Akshara did not 'let' her 'babies' ( Abhir's twin ) go and actually took the required care during her pregnancy.

Abhimanyu , if I remember has issues initially, with Akshara being partial to Arohi and Kairav, who are atleast her real maayka. Here, Anupamaa has made her 'abuser' (in her words) ex MIL and husband, part of her 'maayka' and Anuj has issues with them. Anuj and Abhimanyu's outburst doesn't come from the same place of hurt or nonsense tolerated over their journey with their spouses. I disagree that Anuj has reverted to square 1. In fact, I wish he could and pull a Abhimanyu on Anupamaa by giving her a quick divorce and throwing her out of KM since I heard that he is being asked to play Holi now for Shah family (Pari's first Holi ). Atleast, Abhimanyu did not have to bear that kind of nonsense.

I wonder if seeing this side of Anupamaa , the TRPs won't decrease. Because I am legit shook. ITV vamps are less cold blooded than Anupamaa has been.

Anupamaa serial has made a mockery of Dimpy's track, second marriage kya cheez hai? Your thread in Amupamaa forum was spot on what we expected to see vs what we got to see.

Yeah, definitely Anupamaa is much more regressive than YRKKH. Seriously, agree, atleast can tolerate YRKKH (with all its filler episodes and flipping) but Anupamaa has really become next level now.
