It might be where something happens like Abhir or Abhinav gets sick or someone from the Goenkas get sick and she has to go see them.

It is possible that Akshu will decide to get married to Abhinav with all rituals. That can put him at ease for the time being. But the marriage might not happen as planned because Abhir might get sick or something else happens.

I hope they don’t show the wedding if the writers are not planning on keeping them as a couple for long it’ll just be too much. As much as I want Akshara to move on, I don’t think it’ll happen. I just hope they do Justice to Abhinav’s character. He did everything with a pure heart and good people deserve good endings.
