Season 2 vs season 3 - Page 2

I didn't see s2 , only in parts..like I saw kaira intro..then their wedding epis..a lot of akshara naira epis..but when s3 started I went bk and saw the s2 from kaira Intro to their wedding and I feel that was THE best phase of yrkkh full of slow burn romance , comedy , amazing family drama , perfectly written characters and sub stories for all of them..everything was so perfectly balanced..you cry with them and laugh with them ..I still always skip aksharas death epis coz I can't bring myself to watch it..

Only when goenkas were introduced aisa laga zeher ghulne laga like , goenkas were like poison and they actually destroyed the vibe of yrkkh ..

S3 if I give my verdict , I like only pranali , not even akshara coz they made akshu very weak this season (I hope now she shows progress then I will watch her again ) , rest I don't care abt any actor or character..only shefali is slightly watchable or Neil was, harsh was also ok,.baki sab bakwas hai..sorry no offense to anyone.

There is a stark difference in the production house's own standard.

A ITV buff can easily understand that DKP is earning royalty, Harshad is saving for the future and others are getting a great platform for their respective careers.

This is my POV on the 3rd generation.

Yes..after the Singhanias and Maheshwaries, especially Maheshwaries the Goenkas seemed very vulgar.. I just loved the Maheshwaries.. Such a classy family.. Such heart-warming vibes they had.

I thought the destruction of the show started before season 2 goenka. Goenka was the final nail in the coffin. yrkhh was never about bad people, it was just good natured people trying to love each other, be supportive, celebrate functions. Yes there were odd ones out in season 1 too with Nandini mil who was Evil, once gayatri died the new choti ma family were all nuisance and that is when the show in its essence started to die. There was rejuvenation with South Africa track it was fresh. When the OG naitik left Yrkhh finished.

the most important point is yrkhh is supposed to show case the strength of joint family system. Everything after OG Akshara death proved that living in joint family only gets you pain and abandoned and killed.

Kaira time, used to be lot of festivities and richness.

Abhira's time everything is rushed so much. their love story is also so rushed. just after they met and rejected Arohi, immediately started Abhi Arohi's marriage track. once they broke again started Abhi askhu's marriage. next day of marriage misunderstanding. within a few days of separation.

they mixed Kairav's track into that.

honestly, they never showed Abhi, Akshu spends a good amount of happy time like Kaira.

because of Abhi and Akshu chemistry and good action we are connecting but story-wise makers failed it.

sometimes feeling like they are not able to use Harshad and Pranali's skills very well.

Akshu's singing career or therapist career started and stopped suddenly.

They are not closing loops at all. So many of Arohi's deeds or Mahima's deeds didn't even came out.

True..I skipped watching s1 after a while , after Rashmi s wedding specifically coz it got too repetitive ..south Africa track was really good..all the leaps brought them good trps n they were actually very nice..naksh wedding track with Tara was so boring ..but now if I think abt it , this is all that we're missing in s3 ..s1 was too normal while s3 is too abnormal 😆

I didn't mind gayitris replacement.. I wasn't watching actually , I loved gayitri a lot..but new mummy was a bit of a tantrum queen and selfish , she adjusted well to the family later ..she was a bit too straight forward.. ab if they keep getting sugar coated characters , woh bhi boring hota..so it's ok..I never go bk n watch akshara naitik parts where I left..I just love their falling in love phase n marriage , post marriage phase..I've seen them for a good 3-4 yrs that's was enuf...kairas post marriage I stopped watching after shubham died. Abhira toh no idea why am I watching 😵Just for time pass
