A scenario in my head

There are rumors of Abhir having heart issues and Abhi finding out about his son that ways, but I hope that's not the case because it would be a repeat of Kairav. And so I imagined something else.

Just FYI, I can understand why Akshara let Abhir have a father in Abhinav. She never had love before Abhi, even her family overcompensated to Arohi for some reason and neglected her, so in her head, she can live without love. But since her father was the only one to ever completely love her, she wanted the same for Abhir. Which is why she kept trying to tell Abhi also despite having been humiliated so much.

What if Akshara ends up falling sick and Abhinav, who likes Abhimanyu, calls him. No ways would Abhimanyu not run to save his Akshara, it is clear from both of them that they love each other still but neither of them have learned till now from their mistakes as the ones around them never made them see the mistakes.

What if Abhir cries to Abhimanyu to save his mother and Abhinav confesses to Abhimanyu how he doesn't want Akshara to die because Abhir would lose his only biological parent as from what Abhinav knows, Abhir's father does not want him. What if Abhimanyu finds out about Abhir being his son, about the fake move on, all while his Akshu's life hangs on a thread? Harshad does angst brilliantly, and in the current scenario, I find him more wrong even if Akshu does have flaws too. He did exactly what he hated Akshu doing to him and yet hasn't realized even till now, so I want to see him break down and convince Akshara while making her also see where she went wrong.

This would be better to see than Abhir getting sick, since we have seen it already! But then again Abhi is the best heart surgeon so I guess writers are just going to go with the most obvious way out (if the rumors are to be true).. :)

A father won't be allowed to operate on his son, no matter how amazing of a surgeon he is. Akshara is technically not his wife, so he could be allowed. And since kairav had genetic heart issues, it is probable that akshara have some too.
