Well they defo seem to have cases lined up for lawyer akshara. Her own child's custody case and then shefali domestic violence case if it ever comes to it. I am seriously shocked though they butchered parth like this and made him into aditya 2.0. Aditya was evil, lusty and an abuser from the start, but parth wasn't. They are seriously copy pasting things from season 2 but doing a bad job of it.
