I think Aarohi announced her pregnancy as a diversion tactic to escape Abhi’s wrath. She’s faking her pregnancy and will fake a miscarriage and blame Akshara for it. I think that’s when Abhi will walk out of Birla House.

The stroller and baby is the pregnancy of Ak which is in danger with Ak health conditions.

A car coming in speed is a life threat to a baby and mom taking risk and going straight to save baby is when Ak is told pregnant, complications told and Ak takes risk on her life to save the baby so goes ahead in her pregnancy.

Abhi saving both Ak and baby is for future him saving both maa, bacha.

Ak and Harsh wanted Mata to be healed in coma. So they both went to Matas room from gynic ward. Harsh showed Ak the gynic ward se rasta to maa and a board is shown . As Ar kept speakers she does not know what's around so in her music she faked sprain .this is that fake pregnancy. And mata Neil gave her darja and kept dog on singhasan. Same way next they do nonsense without thinking anything. Abhi will get it and twist her next. If she fakes abortion and blames Ak it's easy for Abhira to be away.

There are two yellow sofas in GV with 2 orange and one grey cushion on each. This is for Abhira and Neirohi pregnancy. Orange cushions of Abhira for hopes on Ak health and grey cushion for her being pregnant already. On another sofa it's Ar hopes to be number one against Ak and grey cushion for false intentions and faking.
