Abhi gets the name plate of the Medical director in front of his cabin against the cardiac surgeon. Ak welcomes him to the cabin and hugs him by closing the door. Abhi says if you hug with force we both will fall down. She says my docman is there to heal me if i get wounds. Abhi is nervous and Ak asks him what happened. He says nothing but Ak says my boy is not a great actor that he can act properly, tell me what's going on.
He says i am scared If i can fulfil the responsibilities or not as it's my more responsible post. Ak says for an artist stage fear is there. For him that performance matters to him most as he wants to give the best and he only knows it. He knows his skills and is serious about his art. Being nervous and scared is ok. And on your performance the lives of people are dependent. You keep little confidence in you and i have trust in you. You are the top and India's number one ilu. They hug each other happily congratulating as Mr.MD and Mrs.MD.
Ak understood Abhis nervousness and mood swings easily without ignoring him.
Ak when she has to give audition first round for her music event she was very low confident. Abhi has given her motivation trusting her talent and singing capabilities and made her ready for the competition even if he was near her or not she has to attend it removing her fears. She has grown from that state to stage performance and back end singer confidently. When she was singing for maya as ghost singer she is fully confident all because of abhi and she remembered him everytime as her strength. Now Ak is giving him strength and confidence to trust his capabilities as doctor and help heal patients. She compared with an artist on stage and performance with Abhis skills to make him understand her old fears .
ABHI & ANXIETY

Abhi goes to a doctor and asks Ak to stay near reception. He asks the doctor to stop his medicines as he is happy now. Doctor says your separation is cancelled and your wife came back. Your heart beat is more and your anxiety levels will be there you need to take medicines for a little more time. You go slow and recover slowly. Abhi says i am happy from inside. Doctor says it's happy high in our language. It's like stars in night and morning. But it takes little time to recover and he gives medicines to him.
It's clear Abhi does not want to tell Ak about his anxiety issues or give her pain. But they need to discuss their issues what happened in this one year. Ak has known regarding his usage of medicines and anxiety issues from Alexa in his room Neirohi engagement time. She went to him after that but both had mind talks only. Next will be their normal talks on this issue. Mata does not know that Ak knew his health issues. So she is more worried for Abhi as mother but not thinking about Ak side is her fault.
As he got anxiety issues due to Ak leaving him, after she came back and giving her love to him he will be healed . Ak is his medicine. He needs her to live happily as he gets selfless love from her. Without her he is just living for living sake and there is no essence of his work or family in it. It's proven that she is his life .

Mata sees abhi from window speaking to doctor. She says after Ak left him he is using medicines. As both are together now let the medicines be gone and he be healed. He comes out of the room without seeing mata.

Abhi comes to akshu says let's go. She asks what are you doing. He says as MD i had work. She says let's go. Mata sees them speaking and says abhi has not discussed anything with Ak regarding his medicines and i am more scared .
Abhi didn't see mata standing near door. So her hidden intentions on him is not seen by him. In a way abhi will be distancing mata slowly with his actions and words.
As abhira are slowly communicating both might address their health issues next which mata might not know.
Mata picture is shown blurred when Abhira are shown near reception and talking. So matas fear will be dropping soon with Ak assurance to trust her and talks (OR) going against Ak in the name of saving her son not trusting her getting influenced by mahima . This way if Mata understood Ak it's small blur for misunderstanding her. If she can't trust Ak then Matas relationship will be blurred for abhira. But it's clear that she is away from them so anything for sometime playing around as minus for abhira till she gets her laser operation through abhi and Harsh. She is generally worried of his health and wants abhira to be together happily but not against Ak being with abhi. Mata and Ak are in kitchen. Mata reminds doctor words to abhi that you will heal little late. Ak is making kheer . Ak asks maa what are you thinking. Manjari says nothing but what are you planning to wear in dinner party. She says staff likes you both together in dinner party . She says when you are not there staff felt sad seeing abhi sad. They feel happy seeing you together. You both need to take chance and go around to cover that time and moveon. Mata says whatever you like wear and you look good in any dress . Ak gets a call from kv regarding match of vansh. She says night i have a dinner party to attend but i will come before that party and come back.
Mata keeps her wierd face and let Ak balance relationships. orelse Abhi will be left back. She stops stove and says sometimes one minute late also spoils everything. whatever you do , do with care. You did for him as he likes it but it could have been burnt if you don't look at it properly. Ak says ok. Mahima sees Ak and manju talking and messages Ar to meet her in the evening. Ar feels happy.
Ak is observing matas words and her wierd behaviour from the time she cane into house. She is listening but she will talk to her in right time and kick her insecurities in her way by giving her assurance. Manjari was not this before but seeing Abhis pain , DDP her maa ki mamta came out this way for her bacha😜. Where was her brain when she misguided abhi and misjudged ak then we should not speak 🙊. Ak chosing her family against Abhis priorities like mayka vs sasural was planted by Mahima on manjaris head. She does not want Abhi to be left away . So this will rotate next with her insecurities.

Ak comes to their room and gets sweets and abhi twirls her around. She says i have sweets in hand. He says it's for you. He reminds her a music event where she applied for lead singer and they selected you. Ak looks at him and he says i haven't done anything. After shadi Ak arranged a pizza date in his cabin. When Abhi passes pizza 🍕 from his mouth she is very shy to take it and go forward in intimate relationship. This is changed Ak so she obliged her husband's intimate reactions without rejecting him.
When Ak got an interview after shadi he didn't like the place of work so got a job at his friend's hospital for her. When Ak audition was cancelled due to bomb Threat he arranged for an audition again by talking to authorities.Ak sings well but Ar makes ruckus in crowd riling them that Ak is from influential family and her hubby arranged everything. There by crowd go against judges and abhi with his painful hand can't oppose crowd. Somehow Ak reaches fourth round but that time Anis death and kuku mov issues stop her. Abhi asks her to attend audition even if his surgery is on that day.

Today he didn't make any effort to get Ak any chance in event from his patient. That patient only told him regarding selecting Ak as their main singer seeing abhi as Ak hubby. This is changed Abhi respecting her choice of work without intruding much trusting her capabilities. As Ak has got selected on her own talent, she is happy to listen to the news from Abhi. Swarna goes to Ar closed room. She says from morning you are closed here where are you. The room is empty and she didn't pick phone also. Swarna says to Mimi that Ar is behaving wierd and i am doubtful on her behaviour. Mimi invited Lataji a match maker who gets matches for Vansh. She taunts about vansh being old and to be married orelse it could be like Ar and kv. For Ar , there were many matches before but after she did that contract papers deed with Neil Birla , none is ready to marry her as news spread everywhere.
Ar listens coming inside the house. Swarna asks where did you go. Ar says Lata aunty that when my shadi happens all will keep shut. Lata ji says i am concerned about your shadi . Ar thought matches for Mysore Maharani😜 have come and thrown out the match maker with her attitude. Who will come after seeing her behaviour as already her contract news spread and people already knew Abhi broke shadi in mandap with Ar. Only one nikamma can hold her back if she acts and goes for him and his love instead of anything.
AG says seeing Ar, Ak, kv we didn't think much of Vansh as elder kid. Manish says will he like a girl whom we like. Vansh comes says that seeing these love marriages near me i feel it's risky. Manish introduces his family.That lady sees Kv says you are taking medicines from my friend Psychologist. She is a good doctor and you might have got benefitted with her medication. Did anyone in family has that health issues other than kv. Manish says it's not disease. Kv health is little bad so with medicines he is fine. Ak says his health is fine , even if some problems on mind come they are not mad.There is no case on him now and he has not murdered. Those who tell him mad are mad. Ak says you could have told it in better way to us. Kv gets panic attack listening to all these words and falls down. Seeing kv they all ran away .
So kv trauma and mental health is coming infront of Abhi and family. Kv has suffered due to false allegations on him though he is innocent. Manjari is thinking all because of Ak going away her mera bacha is suffering. What will she do if she and her family learns about kv health issues. Ak has a reason to go but kv being innocent unnecessarily framed for murder charges against Anisha by Birlas. What justice will they do to him. And what dhyaaan se dekhna mata will do now for kv ? As said by Tauji it's all due to mahima and her adamant decisions that both families, Abhira suffered. Let her see the consequences of her venom, vengance on Kv and get her slow redemption by accepting her mistakes. (if any) if mahima goes beyond and damages Abhira , Tauji will divorce her next. He advised her already not to do bad if she can't do good to anyone. If mahima follows him or goes against him beyond redemption need to be seen.

Abhi comes down stairs and waits for Ak. Mata comes and asks is Ak didn't come till now. You both need to go to dinner. what if she forgot about it after going to her home. Abhi says it's not that . Manjari is directly saying infront of abhi now that Ak could have spoken over phone instead of message. He kept quiet as he didn't understand her intentions. But once it's out , let's see how abhi balances his mom and wife. Yesterday party pic of mata holding abhi with her two hands and Ak holding abhi is for this track. Goenkas are scared now to cope with Birlas. They don't want her married life to be at stake because of kv or any other issues at their home.Any small issue in between families can rupture Abhira.
