Ak says Prana priye , Are you getting ready to go to work. This is your kerchief, car keys and purse. Abhi says what's going on today that there is so much care for me. Ak says what to say pran priye ji today special love is coming on you. Abhi says don't stop it. Ak says pran priye aap toh woh ho. Abhi says you are making me a patient of your love and doing my surgery. Ak says don't go to work. He says i have to go i can't take leave.
She says i will remember you more if you go. He says if i can't go now i can never go. He asks her if there is any plan for the evening. Ak says it's there. But diverts him saying I need to meet orphanage kids and i need to practice music. Abhi asks her to say pran priye again and she says pran priye tum toh badi woh ho. He says I can't go anywhere now and he gets a call. He gives a peck on her cheeks and goes away saying you did some solid plans for my birthday. Ak says i did all the plans and surprise him. He says last time you were not there but this time we will live our life together.

They eat a small chocolate cup cake together. She asks him to make a wish and he says the decision of their second chance should be the best in their life.
He gets an emergency call from hospital and they both go together.
On Ak birthday they had a pink cake and unending candle light. He said our love is like this unending. He wished all her wishes to be done. Then her wishes are for his hand surgery. So their wishes were done. This time it's for their second chance and living together happily. Last time KV gave painting of abhira and their hand holds were apart with a curtain flown in between the paint. Kv told i will give permanent painting with oil paints next time. Mata declares family that we don't disturb Abhi at 12 and wish him as they both are together. Manju says let both be happy on his birthday.Mahima is in 🥵 face rest all are happy.
Birlas get the emergency and mata is worried today is his birthday and many preparations done for him. Tauji says he is a doctor and MD now so he has to balance both duties and if anything happens it's a police case. Neil comes says Bhai is coming to hospital and we should reach there. Mahima calls Ar to attend hospital as there is an emergency. Ar asks is Neil coming there. Mahima shouts to come attend there as she can't joke in night.
Ar thinks Neil has feelings for me so he saved me on road. I will make more afforts to reach your heart.
Mahima might have called Ar regarding hospital emergency but Ar used it for her personal purpose.

Abhira and family attend the kids suffering . Abhi is tense and worried of kids life. Abhi asks Ak to go home but she stays there as Mrs.MD giving him support. Harsh says Neil is organising everything needed pediatrics and blood. Tauji says Abhi joined as MD media should not get this news. We should control the situation. Mata calls Ak and she informed she is with Abhi not leaving him. Mata asks is Ak fine. She says seeing Abhi worried i am feeling bad. But all are there to hold the situation under control.
Mata is happy and relieved that Ak is taking care of Abhi and supporting him.
Abhi checks a girl patient and she is not well. He comes to Ak and he says that small girl almost got saved. He is worried but scared of her life. Ak says Before blessing God gave us difficult situation. Abhi thanks Ak for staying here as moral support. Nurse asks Abhi to get Paediatric and Neil sir is not there . Abhi says he is not lifting his phone. Ak says give me that child specialist number i will contact him and you get medicines. Abhira come out of hospital thinking about Neil and he is shown near gate. Abhi shouts what are you doing here as kids life is in danger.
Neil keeps papers in pocket and seeing mangalsutra in hand Ak asks what this. Neil says i was scared seeing kids life inside and i came out for fresh air. This I found it down and i will deposit in lost and found department. Neil asks are you going home. Ak says we will rest in car.
Lost and found mangalsutra on his head his karma he kept in his pocket what more can he do. He lost his love and found that love back with a deposit if any 🤗

Neil wants to talk to child specialist but Ar calls him. She says she is near hospital. He asks are you following me. She says i worked here so i know what's going on here. Neil says kids life is dangerous here. She says it's about my life and important. Neil asks Ar what's there tell me. Ar gives him some papers with mangalsutra and Neil gets scared seeing those.
After meeting Abhira, Neil checks papers again and drops in dustbin. Ar sees Neil from aside and thinks this is the last chance from my side and i can't leave this.

Initially they gave a frame of two dots frame and three dots frame. That went till Abhira were apart and had their single journey exploring their love back. When Ak is shown on karwachaut, her reflection in that independent living is clearly shown . When Ak came home in second chances , Abhi showed place of green sofa for her guitar . Abhis half image caught when he bent for lipstick container with independent living pics. Abhira are shown near and apart from those pics and reflections now and then. Today when Abira are near the dressing mirror and Ak is dressing him reflections of their images along with independent living pics is shown . Abhira might leave Birlas next . With Neirohi coming home , Abhi may chose himself away from them. If Neil rights vs Abhi rights come into force as drama this is right time or abhi leaving his home on his own with some nonsense raised by Ar and Mahima.
Abhi is having no shirt on his top. That symbolises if he leaves everything and moves away, he is left with nothing. Ak will give him that support and strength when he is empty and make him start his career. This is same like Abhi and Ak how they said regarding Ar, if Neil stays away from Birla hospital makes his own life will you support him ? It's ulta on Abhira .
As per January sankranti kites theory , if Abhira go away and start their own careers , Ak will start the life first and leave the kite for him and he will fly it high. The darkness came is due to Neirohi next and Abhi can't understand what's going on and gets blind to situation till Ak gives him light. Let's wait for drama.

As per Abhira photoshoot before their shadi, the pic had Goenkas , Abhira together and Ar, Harsh and mahima on one side with kv too. As kv was thought for Ani then it suited. Now it's Mahima and Ar. But Abhi on Goenkas side suits the situation most now first. That way Ar into Birlas And Abhi into Goenkas.
When Abhi ate more chocolates and sat near GV his reflection is shown on Goenkas villa . For time being Manish may take Abhira with him and later Abhira may set their life if any.
