I don't think anyone is saying the truth shouldn't come out. But the fact that Arohi was shown relishing the drama that was going to happen next. Like ha, I found out their dirty secret and I will watch them squirm.

The way it was told to Neil was not fair to him. He had a public melt down and the media were all there to watch him and the rest of the Birla family have some sort of crisis.

Also, she didn't even take ownership of telling the truth. She decided to tell her sister and then purposely leave the DNA report near Akshara and told Neil a lie so he would pick up the report. She then purposefully hit Neil so the papers would go flying. So her intentions of how this information should have been delivered to Neil were not correct. That is the part that Arohi is in the wrong.
