Abhimanyu called akshu back to birla hospital by forcing harsh to hire her again after she had resigned from there..

And now abhimanyu has gifted a whole music therapy department to akshu in birla hospital which has irritated all of the elderly birlas except manjari..specially Mahima is triggered by this and has started competing with akshara

BUT in the past..during aarohi abhimanyu's marriage track..Mahima was the first one who started this idea and hired akshu in the hospital as a music therapist..and abhimanyu was AGAINST it

Abhimanyu had asked akshu to NOT accept this offer and when akshu joined he literally asked her to resign and leave the job..

That time Abhimanyu was against it and did not want akshu to join the hospital as a music therapist but Mahima supported her and now abhimanyu has gifted a whole department to akshu and Mahima is against her...what an irony 🙄

I know what you're saying and you're absolutely right but I hated both scenarios cause Akshu was gifted the job in both. She didn't really earn it nor was anyone else, maybe someone more deserving, considered. I know it sounds romantic and wonderful that he sees so much potential in her but is she not capable of earning all this on her own merit? He blackmailed Akshu to get her the job back as if there weren't other job opportunities in the city. This job is based on convenience. If Abhira returns to a conflicting state, will he ask her to resign again cause he doesn't want to see her at work?

I like the example of Imlie because now she's married to the company CEO but nothing changed in her position or company status. She's still just a journalist and he's still her mentor. He never did her any favours (except rejecting her resignation/giving her the job back after marriage - not sure which happen) or any promotions. Yes, she was CEO for a day but that was an act to inspire her, a challenge, etc. In fact, he ripped her CEO approach apart saying she failed.

It was stupid.

I believe hospitals do have their share of investors and management and everything.

It's not Abhi k papa ka galli ke nukkad ka clinic that bande ne aiwe hi ek room apni fiance k naam kar diya.

Hospital authorities ke permission ke bina you can't do this!

I also didn't like how abhimanyu asked akshu to quit the same job just because she wasn't accepting his love and now gifted her a whole department because she's his fiance and she is getting married to him..

Akshara needs to achieve something on her own and not accept her career as a gift of her fiance..I hope we get a future track where she realizes this and does something on her own professionally..

It's straight-up nepotism with him exploiting his position as his father's son. He says he doesn't need his father and isn't proud of his Birla fame and yet he's using the same.

This is exactly my problem with him. He is so self righteous and the biggest hypocrite ever. Just another spoiled brat.

I totally agree with u all but somewhere I feel Akshara deserves this too. Though I can understand she didn't work hard to achieve all these. In fact she didn't had to work hard at all and muft mein sab mil gaya but then she's a good musical therapist. She not just calms the patients with her songs but also makes them feel better with her kindness and friendliness. So yeah I would say Akshara is the Alia Bhatt of Birla hospital, bandi ke paas talent hai but nepotism and connections ke wajah se success mili. 😆

But how do we know she deserves it if her performance isn’t comparable to others? There might be equally or more so music therapists with much more experience, especially if it’s a department to be done. Alia’s initial opportunities were a product of nepotism but she’s an actress among many where we can compare her performance to others and decide if she was deserving of accolades. Since Udta Punjab, most of her roles were selected based on her mantle respective to other candidates (actresses). There are many products of nepotism that show it gives you opportunities, not make your career a hit.

Here, nepotism isn’t giving her opportunities, it’s making her entire career. Abhi and Manjaris initial job proposition was akin to the opportunity given by nepotism but giving her an entire department is much more than that of starkids.

Alia Bhatt wasn't that talented when she first started acting. She was a really bad actress. However, she kept getting chances because of nepotism. She learned acting by doing it over and over again (which is a plus point of hers unlike so many other nepotism kids)

If it was an outsider, they wouldn't have gotten that many chances. I mean think about having the luxury of learning to act by getting more and more undeserved chances. But yeah, I do have respect for her to finally proving herself as worthy which I doubt is the case with Akshara. I haven't really seen her doing any therapy. Apart for singing really sad songs to ill patients. 😅

I mean we understand that Akshara is a talented music therapist but gifting a whole department without consulting anyone will obviously anger the birlas..

If Abhimanyu keeps on acting so impulsively in akshara's matters then one day manjari will also start feeling insecure of akshu..this will create more problems for akshara in future..
