Scar significance

During and after the recent accident there was some focus on akshu's head injury. Earlier she tried to avoid meeting abhi due to that scar. But today it appeared as if it healed and vanished completely.

I was thinking that either police or abhimanyu or anyone will question about that and thus suspect something fishy, but nothing as such happened. What was the use of showing that then? It would have been better if they have made her uncouncious due to that impact thus putting the blame of not checking the spot also on arohi.
