This is why I doubt Aarohi's medical degree 😆 tbh, even a non medical person would handle a heart attack better than Dr Aarohi Goenka xD Out of all people, Akshu ko call krke kya hoga, behn 😂😂

That no doctor for an emergency thing bugged me soooo much xD Like, kuch toh izzat rakhte itne bade hospital ka. Agar Abhi doesn't come/stay there, these people legit can't function. Kaise hai yeh log 😆

Arohi is an idiot. 1st she goes and calls Akshara and then goes to check the patient. Is she even qualified or donation there too..

Plus Karishma really needs to work on her acting. When vansh was carrying Manish and Arohi was walking behind them. Her expression weren't of worry but of making some more plans for drama. Bad acting there.

Initially Birla Hospital was shown such a huge hospital. Every hospital has a casuality/ emergency department which is equipped with required doctors and specialists on call. Always! How can a hospital give excuse that their best surgeon resigned. That was wayyyyy tooo stupid for dramatic effects and Abhimanyu ka demand dikhane ke liye.

Harsh Birla was like a bigda hua tape recorder today with his "Abhimanyu ne resign nai kia hota toh" rant

Yess the butter knife is back but they were better with showing a bloodied cotton atleast.

That dialogue was weird were HC sang that weird line. Akkha whatever janta hai.. cringeeee

If sometime Abhi and Akshara join hands and open a hospital, nach gaa ke and breathe breathe chilla ke hi sab patients ko treat karenge.
