They are too new in this relationship and barely know the other well. Yes, they love one another but that's not the same as knowing one another.

They know each other but it’s not love. For Kairav it feels more like infatuation and for Anisha, it’s more of “I want!”, for her Kairav is more like a candy that she wants.

I am talking about Abhi and Akshara, not Kairav and Anisha.

oh yes,,, it’s love but they don’t have a base. That’s why I had even made a post, why Abhira love each other. We couldn’t decide on anything really solid. The things we had listed were too flimsy in my understanding
