Abhimanyu has had a life jaha he had to grow up very early for his mother and brother.. So sharing will take time, kabhi maa k siwa kisi aur se share kiya hi nahi... Tabhi to i feel, this relationship me pyaar bahut he, understanding k liye time dena chahiye...

I actually think this is sort of the reverse situation that happened between Akshara and Abhi during the who Arohi engagement track.

Abhi knew Akshara loved him but she kept giving him mixed signals. There circumstances that confused him as well like the fire incident and seeing Arohi with the prayer plate at the mandir.

Here Akshara is in Abhi's position. She knows he loves her and trusts him but he is keeping secrets and she is going to see something that will confuse her. In this case Abhi holding Anisha after having rescued her from that pond. (Seriously its like 3ft of water. All she has to do is stand up 🤔 😆)
