My guess is some drama or scene played out in front and someone has to explain themselves. My guess is Kairav. He will introduce Anisha has his ex. I think that would be nice since he's been so quiet barely gets to speak. This is his own track 😆 he cannot be mute forever. Then maybe Abhi is there too and say Anisha is his cousin.

The only issue is the last name. Like Anisha is a Birla so I don't see how Kairav wouldn't be smart enough to realize the girl he dated and the men he met at the 2 day trip were not somehow related since their last name was Birla.

If they had really dated then won’t they at least know what the immediate family looks like? They have bloody Instagram back in college days or Facebook or something else. Even then they would have surely shown each other photos of their families.
