I can't get past the fact that Akshara didn't want to quit her job, the thought of leaving was obviously very distressing to her from all the flashbacks she was getting, and yet she didn't do one thing to try to keep it. I don't know how HR works in India, but Papa Birla really had no grounds on which to fire her. He was just being vindictive. Here in America, he'd be hit with a wrongful termination law suit before you could say "PR"😆

Bade papa had issue with them working in birla zoo. He didn't completely stop them to work. & most importantly lot of things happened between two clans. It wouldn't be that easy for both girls to work there. & akshara not fighting for her, I totally get her here. Personal professional dono life k dhajiya uda diya dono ladki ne, tricky situation hai. So bhashan bazi would have been stupid. Here situation is much more than just to take stand for yourself & your career. After all of this drama, none of these girls didn't have a sensible conversation with bade papa or any elder. Suddenly going in a mata mood did look out of place & weird. Baki dialogues, overall writing for the situation did seem absurd.

HR works well in India. But they can't show all of this. For drama purpose they're adding anything. & papa birla is petty from first episode. He & his pr jaap is useless like akahu's sacrifice.
