Abhi is Harsh’s son but Manj is not the mom. Abhi was also adopted, but he is Harsh’s son biologically.

But I still don’t understand why Manjari said “abhi ko 9 months pet mein rakha blah blah “ when she was telling everyone she knows her son in and out.

This in oneself explain why she can't understand her own son,
