Shefali, mahima, neil and abhi will believe akshu and raise voice against arohi as they all know she's up to no good or don't like her as it is. Goenkas will believe akshu because they do actually tend to take her word over arohi's for the sheer reason that they do know both the sister's well to know who would be right and wrong. It's the only time I can see why arohi says akshu is loved more but that is more owing to the nature and behaviour of akshu rather than any real bias. Arohi is a tantrum queen and immature and impulsive when it comes to wanting things so they don't take arohi's words seriously as akshu's.
