Yeah he doesn't even care about arohi's lie, because "Arohi kaun?" lol but it's the confirmation that akshu does love him that she leapt into fire not thinking about her life to save him and then kept quiet and is letting him go to her sister that has angered him.

Nothing anybody else does to keep them apart would even remotely bother him compared to akshu herself trying to distance herself from him.
