In real life no medical establishment would allow a doctor to conduct surgery on someone they know closely and emotionally, especially when the doctor is visibly distressed seeing someone they know being admitted in such a condition to hospital. It is ridiculous, especially coming from a top senior doctor like mahima pushing abhi to do the surgery when he's on his knees crying buckets and shaking from distress.

I was really surprised with that precap. Why was Mahima forcing him. It's not like he is the only Doctor.
