It is time for Akshara to fight for Abhimanyu and their love.

Abhi will cancel the wedding once the truth gets exposed but he won’t go after Akshara again.

Abhi has been fighting alone for them and he must be exhausted.

Akshara needs to stand up, declare her love and win him back.

Completely agree with you but sadly I don't think she will. This accident should make her realise how unpredictable life is, so she should live it to the fullest without guilt.

Don't keep any hopes. This accident will be used to blackmail Abhi more emotionally to accept this marriage normally. I don't have any hopes for Akshu. Even after she gets conscious she will first ask for Aarohi. All Abhis crying will go waste.
