No. 1 state topper in history but can’t understand this?

So Abhimanyu Birla is the toppest topper ever in history of Rajestan and the best cardiac surgeon in the much renowned Birla Hospital.

He falls in love. So cute. Girl rejects him and he starts having panic attacks. Yes those are panic attacks when he can’t process what’s happening and keeps touching his heart thinking his heart is hurting. Everytime Akshu rejects him, he has an episode. So clearly by now his doctor mind will put 2 + 2 together and realize what is triggering his episodes?

And if he soooooo loved Akshu….fine let’s say he does love Akshu, he clearly knows she has an anxiety disorder and has bad panic attacks? So he can know that she might also have triggers? But this no. 1 flying doctor can’t count and put 2 + 2 together and tries to torture her more putting her at risk of getting triggered again. “You should feel a little pain too” Wah I’m having panic attacks so you should too so I’ll try my best to trigger you?

I’m sorry Abhimanyu has to do a lot now to redeem himself

Generally when people are in pain or suffering (emotionally) they tend to think only about themselves and never try to look into the other person's view point.

What makes it harder is the person who can give him the answers to his questions is not directly answering anything. He also seems to have a problem with asking the right questions and basically making a mess of things because he is an emotional waste basket right now.

Not excusing his behavior he has a lot to make up for because he has made mistakes.

Basically moral of the story is- Knowledge can make you a intelligent person not a good person..... That's what makers are trying to teach us. Cuz whatever they do doesn't make Sense so I'm going to understand things on different tangent.
