Remember Manjari fell down when Abhi was arguing with Harsh. I felt she diverted Abhi and acted sick that day. My suspicion is more now as Harsh wants Arohi Manjari diverted perfectly towards Arohi in blackmail. That would suck for Neil but I suppose its better than if the reason was to please Harsh since she’s got the whole one sided love thing down too🙄
