to finish studies takes 12-16 yrs. depends how and what you specialize in.

Then you start practice as a surgeon. Abhi is called a popular surgeon in Jaipur. So make a guess- 30 plus how many yrs it could take to become popular.

Nobody has commented on their age difference in the show except Akshara...she mentioned once that she is younger than him...so it doesn't make a difference...both of them are of marriageable age...
