The episode starts with Akshara coming back to Goenka house and everything gets disclosed of how she rejected Abhi and Kairav sent her away, then Abhi questions Mahima but nothing comes out of it, manjiri is caught talking to Akshara and then Mahima scolds her, Akshara has a dream about Abhi, later she convinces the family to send Arohi as doctor to Birla hospital ( this is called stepping on ur own foot ) they eventually agree, Neil is preparing for birthday when Abhi says he doesn’t want to celebrate this year, he goes then Akshara wishes she could hear his voice again, he stops and says thank you to Neil for servicing his car, Neil says I love you, Abhi says I love you, Akshara covers mic and says I love You Abhi, mein bhi tumhe bohot pyar karta hu
