Hey guys,
Do panic attacks happen that way? Panic attacks are used in ITV few times.. I have yet to a real person who went through that personally. But does anyone know?
Now Akshara got panic attack 2 times after returning, first by Arohi, second by that NGO person.
first time she controlled it by singing
second time.. she didn't .. so i thought singing will not work now.. but singing again helped.
And when I went online to further understand they said it was not life threatening... and attack will pass(?)
and shouldn't she consider going to a psychiatrist(2 panic attacks in one day.... 2 high frequency..)
