According to IndiaTV, in the upcoming track Naira becomes ill and needs a transplant. Apparently, Vedika seems to be the only one that could help and rescue Naira. In return she wants Kartik back or some huge favour. Later, this whole track will pave the way for the upcoming leap 🤔

well her little scheming and manipulative brain will get revealed in front of the goenkas. So naira is sick and her life is in danger and this vedika will want karthik in a trade off to help naira. How disgusting and cheap is this vedika. Does she not have a decent bone in her body...using another woman’s illness to seek her happiness and forcing herself on karthik when his love is in a life threatening situation 🤦🏽‍♀️

There are multiple stories floating around about the deal so it is best not to speculate and just watch what actually happens. No use getting upset about something that is not 100% confirmed.

I think she wants security promise from Karthik - as the fear of Akshat still looms over. And may be some setback will happen to Karthik - while helping her. And as Naira said in the episode - she will not let one of them stay back - she too will die - and pankuri will be there post leap looking after Kairav
