Will Naira win the custody??

All the spoilers suggested Kartik will win the custody, can all the spoilers will false?? If they are false what will e future of Kartik and Naira😕😕

As per new IG video bytes we saw Kartik requesting judge to give custody to Naira and cancel the case. As a child is involved will judge consider Kartiks request, Damini put some strong points against Naira like bagodi, abort(which Naira is it willing to answer the judge also). At this point Naira is looking bad In front of judge so will he cancel the case and give custody to Naira?..
