@Fari - I agree with you. This is my best guess for what the writers are trying to show (in their usual convoluted illogical way) by having Naira first fight for sole custody and then hand Kairav over. The outcome it seems will be to push Kartik into some sort of guilt trip where he questions his own motives as a father and realizes what a good mother she is. I can't think what other point they are trying to make with this. Of course, as with almost everything else in this track, none of this makes sense upon rational examination 🤣

I dont see how Naira has the option of joint custody... What ever happens Naira will always be on the receiving end. Kartik needs to show some sensible actions rather than being impulsive. Until and unless Kartik gives his so called wife the importance or clear her misconception Naira will stay in a fix.. She will constantly worry about Vedika and I mean as in will she harm herself will she harm Kairav in any way

Both woman cannot live in the same city without constant neg drama which ultimately is gonna affect Kairav. Sorry we don't want to be bothered With Vedika but Kartik Naira have to if they want a peaceful life for the self and their child.if Naira stays here where Kartik is shown coming and going as he wishes in the pretence of meeting Kairav I see things turning very very ugly. So it's not an easy escape for Naira.

If you watched the scene in which Kartik told Naira about the custody, he said he knows Kairav needs Naira more than him and that he can learn to live without Kartik, but he can't live without Naira. Doesn't that count as thinking about his son?

Right now I am not talking about Vedika or what's her equation with Kartik or Naira, I am only talking about what's good for Kairav.

I know Kartik is to be blamed equally when it comes to his attitude towards Vedika but I don't expect him to just give away his son, whom he met after 5 years, without a fight. Hasn't he lost enough time already?

Naira's dialogue when she said Kartik can suggest but he won't have a final say in anything when it comes to Kairav was so harsh. Kartik didn't ask her to leave Kairav, so what's the point of the act of you can have Kairav, etc.

They both dont care for kairav. I said kartik doesnt care for kairav that meant that is he thinking about if vedika Will be still married to kartik and kaira will have joint custody then what effect will it imply on kairav ? Kartik is discretely hurting kairav...whereas naira is doing it openly. Kartiks reaction was not on naira taking kartik away but on naira who sent divorce papers. He reacted on that more then hospital tc. He didnt care that what will happen in long run if they stay in joint custody. He doesnt care that how kairav will cope up with the stress when he is in this condition of just recovering. If he didnt solve his equation with vedika then vedika wouldnt come to naira. Which resultwd in divorce...so full circle still comes to kartik. I cant sympathise with both of them at this point. Today when kartik said that she wanted to make it painful by aborting the baby was as harsh as that or maybe more. Because he doesnr love her fine...but to underestimate a mothers love is something i wouldn't touch. A mother is the one who would kill herself before killing the child. I agree that fathers are equally attached and bonded. And kartik does care for kairav but at this point he priortised his so called marriage with vedika and that divorce papers more then anything...he was fighting for fathers right...agreed..but that doesnt give him right to shove her around as he did today. They have been nothing but harsh to naira...so naira being harsh back is not a surprise to me.

I like discussing here because most people are open to different opinions and criticism as well. Most of us know how to distinguish btw fiction and reality. Twitter is a war zone because it doesn’t matter what Kartik or Naira do, for their fans they are always right .
Sometimes I actually get scared thinking about how people defend and trivialise the most serious things like faking death just to defend their favourites.

At the end of the day it’s a fictional world. We shouldn’t forget humanity and our principals just to present Kartik and Naira as ideals beings, even though they are the complete opposite of it.

I try not to visit Yrkkh’s ht on twitter and most solo fans are muted. They literally start bashing either Kartik or Naira from 6 in the morning and are it till midnight. It’s ridiculous.

As for the rest of your comment, I agree with most of what you said 😆
