Obviously Vedika and Naira would have a conversation. I just feel that Naira doesn’t owe Vedika a happily, married life with Kartik. I would have liked if Naira confided in Kartik about Vedika’s insecurities rather than handling the situations on her own, like always. How does she not realise that every time she does that, she ends up further messing the situation rather than solving it.

I have no expectations from the family members. Goenkas, except for Swarna, would obviously provoke Kartik to gain full custody. It’s the ideal situation for them. They get Kairav, Naira is out of their lives and Vedika gets to sleep with Kartik.

Also, I don’t think we would get a final verdict. Something might happen in between, the lawyer might somehow provoke Kartik to take a stand for his love, Vedika’s confession about how Naira took that step on her persistence, or something that would make Kaira realise that it’s not all about Kairav, but they as well.

At the end of the day, their feelings need to be rekindled. I see the track doing that rather than proving who’s a better parent.

But again, yrkkh cvs are unpredictable. They love Vedika. Anything can happen, like Kaira’s divorce, Kartik-Vedika’s marriage. If they keep getting the ratings, they would stretch the track till New Year’s.

That is why maybe payal said that the role is powerful..sometimes others make people see what is wrong with them..maybe this will help.. them understand.

I have a feeling that maybe in admist all this they will realize what both have gone through... a comment here said that maybe naira really had complications we dont know what has happened..thus that can be explored.

Also if swrna helps kartik then why doesnt singhanias help naira. I want that part to be explored.

But if we have so much high expectations .... and cvs will bring some.boring bekar drama.... phir kuch nhi sare armaan aansuo mein beh jayege...

There's no use of confiding in Kartik regarding Vedika . In Liza-Akhilesh case Naira did said Kartik to inform Vedika regarding this but he dint ? And due to those meetings Vedika's insecurities triggered. So, Kartik is ignorant about everything and that leads to more confusions, complications and suicide. Had he even tried finding out what he wants and how to come out of this situation ? This wouldn't have gone this far.

Yes, Naira should think about Kairav and his wishes before Vedika's. But how can that be fulfilled ? Kartik has accepted Vedika as his wife, not interested in leaving her atleast now and that woman wants Kairav away ? So how can a mother leave her kid around that pyscho woman ? Even if Kairav wishes to stay with his father but knowing the complexities of the situation it can't be fulfilled. Children do have many desires but all can't be fulfilled na.

Naira's decision to go to SS is right and she is also has no problem with Kartik spending time with Kairav anytime he wants but his new wifey comes and does tamasha so for how long will this continue ? What if Kairav hears them ? Isn't it better to take a decision even if it's going to hurt others but better for the kid ?

Naira went for custody case . She is wrong in snatching Kairav away but Kartik too has always said he wants his son and Naira can go if she wants knowing both Naira and Vedika can't stay together.

Want this custody case to be dhamakedaar. But I do not expect anything from these writers. They have lost it as you said soulmates are not even empathizing with each other.

Makers have still not revealed anything about Naira during her pregnancy period. How she got to Goa what happened nothing so that is still to be explored. Anything can be possible and honestly speaking I see alot of scope for some logical explanation to Nairas decision to stay away. With her health history and what she has been through from losing a child to sexual harrasment and let's not forget being forced to feel guilty for standing up for her respect which caused family financial down fall and then her husbands change behaviour which got rude day by day and then the big blast the horrendous question. Honestly speaking if I was Nairas place I would not wanna go back to in-laws like that but I would go back to my family. For once can Kartik own up to his mistakes and what pain and suffering he caused Naira instead of playing victim or dono Ki galti dialogue. As I said there's so much scope but it all depends on what makers choose to show. I have alot expectations from the court drama with some major revalations and I hope makers dont let us down.

@Bold, exactly. There's still a lot of scope in this track. Both, Kartik and Naira, are still unaware of the consequences of their actions. For Kartik, he just asked a question, but he doesn't realise that "that question" broke her. The thing is, Naira's decision to stay away for 5 years and to keep the family uninformed about Kairav outweighed the gravity of Kartik's question. The family has had no reaction whatsoever to Kartik questioning Naira's fidelity and Kartik thinks he has already served his penance, which is why he doesn't come across as guilty.

Not one person has stopped and thought about what led to Kartik doing what he did. Everyone knows he loves her, so for him to have done that, there must be an explanation. Same with Naira. Everyone is like she ran away like she always does, but how come no one tries to reason her running away.

Maybe if the family members or Kaira themselves would have questioned each other's actions and what forced them to take such drastic steps, maybe they would have gotten a clearer picture. Kartik questioned Naira because of his own insecurities; he wasn't able to protect her. Naira didn't come back because the one time she did, she thought Kartik still didn't trust her.

There's so much more to each of them. Naira hasn't seen Kartik's black room where he was literally marking each day he had spent without Naira. Kartik isn't aware that Naira did try to stop the wedding but thought he willingly moved on.

What sucks is that instead of properly exploring Kartik and Naira's emotions, their perspective regarding the mess they have created for themselves and their son, the track has become more about Vedika and her insecurities regarding her marriage with Kartik. Its all about where she stands in Kartik's life, now that Naira is back.

Come to think of it, what did Naira staying in Goenka Villa add to the story line? She came, she left and Kaira and their relationship is the same as it was 4 weeks ago.

@red Not just apologize, he needs to take a decision of what he wants. Enough with this two wives drama. Either accept that he's happy with Vedika and wants his son or just ask her to leave. Dreaming about Naira when he's okay being tied in a relationship with Vedika is sickening. He's being unfair towards Vedika. I hate her character but at the same time I feel Kartik needs to be honest with her rather than tagging her along knowing fully well he would never be able to give her what she expects of him.

If upcoming events follow the way we r predicting , Naira has done great unjust to Kartik by deciding to run away again. For this reason I think Naira will be at the receiving end at the end of the track. Her case is not at all strong combined with lack of legal guidance now that she is her own lawyer, she is most likely going to lose it. I think Vedika's allegations on Naira and suicide drama will come out but still Kartik will be super pissed with Naira, he has time and again warned Naira of not telling him whom to live with and here she's going to take a decision for Kartik by keeping him separated with his son so that he lives with his wife forcefully. Also he hates her hiding things from him, so he will continue with the case and win Kairav's custody meanwhile finally deciding to say goodbye to Vedika. Or probably Naira will get to know how much Kartik suffered in these 5 years, under what circumstances got married and how she got manipulated by Vedika, so as a way of redeeming herself she gives away her motherly rights by withdrawing the case and giving custody to Kartik voluntarily. In both the situations, the three of them will bond afterwards and gradually their feelings for each other will resurface and both will reconcile.

This custody track needs to culminate Vedika's track and the separation as well. I would be okay if they chose to further prolong the separation but Vedika needs to go. If by the end of this, they are back to square one, with Kaira chosing to not go for custody for Kairav's sake and Vedika and Kartik still being married, I swear I would lose it.

I just mentioned in the previous comment as well. Naira stayed in GV for 4 weeks yet everything is exactly the same as it was when Naira gained consciousness in the hospital and Kartik realized she had intentionally kept away for this long. There has been no progress whatsoever.

Lets hope custody hearings would force Kartik and Naira to open up and realize what they want in life. I feel so bad for Kairav.

That's what I am scared of. I am sick of Vedika and her crap. I just hope they don't end up highlighting her emotions more than Kaira's. Its time she says bye to the show. She's bringing the whole vibe down.

I want there to be more monologues between Kaira. Tired of the same catch and fall scenes, dream sequences and Kairav forcing them into awkward situations. Those scenes are cute but they add nothing to the story line. I would rather have Kartik and Naira staying in separate houses and introspecting on where life has brought them, what's gonna happen in future, how they are gonna live without each other, how miserable they have made each other, how both of them are responsible for their 5/6th failed marriage, how poor Kairav has to bear the consequences of their actions.

They need to put their anger and their egos aside and think from the other's POV. Right now, I see no love between them, because love is so much more than just words. I hope by the end of this track we get Kaira back, not Kairav's parents.

@blue, Tbh, I am still trying to gauge what did Akhil and Liza's track add to the storyline. I thought it would somehow tie in with Kartik accusing Naira of cheating on him, but there was nothing of that sort. Even Kaira played no role in the revelation. I would hate to assume that the only reason they showed us those scenes of Naira telling Kartik and Kartik trusting Naira without needing any explanation from her were to ignite Vedika's insecurities.

@Red, I know. That's the shittiest part; Kartik not taking a decision. I really don't understand where he's coming from when he says he isn't bothered about Vedika or Naira, and just wants to concentrate on his son. I mean I get his love and concern for Kairav, but Vedika and Naira deserve a better treatment. I hate Vedika but I get that somewhere Kartik's lack of empathy and selfishness is the root cause of most of his problems.

I don't oppose Naira filing for custody. I would have just preferred if she chose to have a conversation with Kartik regarding it all, and explain him the complexities which he's chosing to ignore rather than just going for custody straightaway. She can tell him how Vedika has been acting. She doesn't need to be the bigger person. But then again, its a show where leads have to be selfless, hide everything from everyone, that's what sells.

100% agree with your post, especially the parts in bold. I think courts tend to give custody to 1) the mother and 2) the parent with whom the child has the most history and stability. Both would give Naira the major advantage. Plus I definitely agree that there is a history of mental and emotional abuse on Kartik's part (and kind of physical abuse too - all that manhandling and pushing around). Same with the Goenkas - they literally have a history of criminally bad behavior towards Naira. If Naira were to bring in all the previous BS done by Dadi, Manish/Akhil in covering up for Mansi etc. along with the fact that Kartik himself wanted to break ties with his family because he realized how toxic they are, I think most courts would rule in her favor. But this is a soap (and a poorly written one at the moment) so who knows what will happen?

That she is. I hope they also realize how important they are to each other.... i really want them both to think about what they have done...what lead to these conditions. Not one but both. Iwish too that they wont show us vedikas emotions because till now she is a good girl infront of goenkas and a double faced person infront of naira...thus i want her to have a thought too...that she is the one who literally forced naira to do this. I hope this track brings them back. High hopes.
