illegal marriage in a show on national TV & no body has any objection

what are they trying to show...........that in Indian law /Hindu culture second marriage is a new concept. Our law says if husband or wife live separately for 7 or more years then they can have uncontested separation and divorce. But that still has to be by the court with documents otherwise they will still remain married.

But here they are not showing any divorce procedure and it is not 7 years yet.......but he is married and nobody is objecting..it was well published so where are people who were present during marriage and also know Naira? they were there on Janmashtami so they know naira is alive and well and now today at Teej they will come too.

I am especially ashamed of Singhania's...at least they should have objected even after accepting naira......but no, no one is having any law knowledge. it's true in India that law is different for common people and rich people.......they are showing this on national television and not a single person or NGO is after showing people to stop this nonsense....... it's not like Kartik married vedika without telling anybody.......

Why there is no objection?...because the namesake wedding is between Goenkas and Vedika...Kartik is clearly not into it...writers are playing it safe by not showing any kind of husband-wife or even friends like equation, scenes, conversations after imaginary illegal marriage...had they shown Kaira the way they have been showing...arguing, expressing disappointment behind close doors, dreaming, loving and spending time together with their son...alongwith the imaginary couple having scenes together...it would be most likely equivalent to promoting bigamy...what they are trying to show is...Goenkas consider Vedika Kartik's wife...but Kartik himself hasn't accepted her as his wife...he has been very clear about his preferences...even when Naira was supposedly dead just before wedding he told MG he can't move on even if Naira is dead or even if he tries to move on he can't...so when Naira is there...how can he move on?...he still considers Naira his wife...that's why he will remind her about teej...whereas on other hand...his inclination towards Naira can't be termed cheating as he has already been clear that he won't invest his emotions and physical self in namesake relationship...Vedika and Goenkas are fooling themselves...CVs edited a scene where Kartik, Vedika and Naira were dancing together...they didn't even show 2nd marriage...wedding vows and rituals ...writers are keeping viewers intrigued with old trick...how and when will Kaira reunite....it would have been better if they showed Kartik or Goenkas consulting a lawyer before assumptions but that would mean end to this complicated situation...than how would CVs stretch this track for 2 more months and show viewers Kaira's sufferings...
