I’m still confused about the love and acceptance showered upon vedika by the Goenkas. Firstly when her father saved karthik and was dying ..he made karthik promise him that he will take care of vedika. But he did not say you must marry vedika. Because he didn’t know whether karthik was already married or not ..so obviously he couldn’t have meant that karthik must marry her, because karthik could have had a child and wife at home.. Karthik then decided to bring a strange girl home. He could have provided financial support for her and got her to live with her own family..aunts, uncles , cousins , etc. but instead he brought her home..and from the way it sounds ,.and from k dadis previous dialogues it sounds like he brought her to his house with the expectations that he will marry her eventually..and how come k dadi started loving and accepting her so easily ..when she has an issue with everyone else.. I can’t understand how vedika was accepted so easily by the goenkas ,..so her family background didn’t matter to k dadi..only naira and everyone else’s does. Ok, vedikas father saved karthiks life ..but naira has also done so much for the goenkas, from keerti, to karthiks relationship with his father and step mother to countless other things ...and she’s always struggling for love and acceptance from that family,..even after giving k dadi her greatest desire .. a parpota..🤷🏻♀️
