Why Karthik ND naira are sperate ? How did they get separated ? What's the story of leap crap

The story and separation is like this

Kartik's dadi is not liking naira's go outside for job she dislike naira's job and manipulate or poised kartik mind against her going for a job she think if a women is going outside for job and sempre talented then husband it creates their misunderstanding and not good for healthy relationship so again and again think by kartik and he is in dekhna and sees naira with her male boss he questioned about one night stand to naira it's hurt her so much and she goes from house without saying any word but kartik soon realise his mistake and hurt so much and blames and in guilt of naira's death becoz of him becoz of that quest and naira hurt do much for this even after 5 years that quest. Echo's in her mind and never think anything else beyond that she loves but him but that night she still remembered and faking her death and live speraterly with her child with kartik ki yaado mein

So this leap kartik live in guilt for asking that question and naira still not come out from that night even after 5 years that questing haunts her
