Naira during labor pain requested him...tum sab theek kar do gey na?...promise me...If I lost my baby I will also be dead...Naira gave birth to a baby girl who was alive, breathing, weak but could be treated...Kartik held her and conversed with her.."Main aapka Papa..bahut pyaari ho bahut sundar bilkul mumma jaisi..doctor ne kaha hai aapko kuch time yahan rehna hoga phir mumma papa apko ghar le jayenge..thank u krishna ji ye kaisi feeling hai main express bhi nahi kar sakta..".baby held his thumb...nurse asked him to give baby girl to them to treat her...his last conversation was "ap sherni ki beti ho. himmat rakhna mera baccha"...he kissed her...after a while Nurse told him "apki beti nahi rahi"...he denied it straightaway saying ap jhoot bol rahi hai na?...nahi..."yeh sapna hai"...Maine abhi dekha apni beti ko abhi baat kar raha tha usse..abhi meri god main thi woh...kuch nahi ho sakta meri beti ko..aise kaise meri beti ko kuch ho sakta hai?...He held her, talked to her in one moment and lost her forever in other...Momo was stupendo fantabulously fantastic...he owned entire episode...with exceptionally brilliant portrayal...a must watch...thinking about Naira she will never be able to see her first born...she will never be able to see her baby's face...she never held her the way Kartik did but will she ever be able to let her go if she held her like him?...they didn't deserve it...this much pain...losing their mothers, being away from families, separation and now their baby's death...dialogues of today's episode were too good...but Mohsin's portrayal made it worth watching...it was too emotional...

Don't know but that nurse behavior is quiet weird like she belongs to (bacha chor criminal ). My gut feeling saying someone steals kaira baby and that nurse also involved .bcoz during death scene of baby no one doctor is there!!! Whole death conversation happened between nurse and kartik only.

The episode was totally owned by Kartik and the babies (they are too cute). How many emotions did the poor guy experience in under an hour?

His sister giving birth to a healthy baby boy, knowing that she's still unconscious and doesn't even know about her baby.

Learning about Naira's c-section. The Kaira scene was brilliantly enacted by both Shivangi and Mohsin. Naira's dialogue "I will die if something happens to my baby". Kartik just trying to say strong.

Do I even need to say anything about the scene in which Kartik held his baby Kaira, kissed her, talked to her. One of the most beautiful scenes and another amazing performance by Mohsin.

The scene in which the nurse tells him about the baby not surviving and him denying it at first followed by the breakdown, broke my heart. No one should ever have to go through the pain of losing their baby, a baby that seemed healthy moments ago and now is gone forever.

Kudos to Mohsin for emoting every emotion, every feeling so perfectly.

I am sure Shivangi would kill it in the upcoming episodes as well.

But again I don't understand why did the cvs take it this far? If the baby had to die, why show her at all. Could have just said its a stillborn. Also the doctor didn't indicate there was a chance for the baby to die. She just said the baby will be fine but has to be kept under observation. Also, if the baby passed away, why didn't anyone inform Kartik before moving her to another room? I know things don't seem to add up but I don't want to keep any hopes of the baby being alive. We all thought divorce won't happen but it and now we are thinking Kaira's first born cannot be taken away from them, but it has been.

I am just sad even though they are fictional characters 😳

CVS can't b insensitive so I have hopes for kaira baby to be alive. I also have hope they will return keesh baby... Naksh is alive, how can Kartik decide to give keesh baby to naira? I understand her pain and sadness, but that doesn't mean you give someone's baby to her whose parents are alive. ..Isn't this stealing ?

Naira had the right to see her dead baby when she regained consciousness. (just like Karthik did) You don't leave the hospital without the proper papers. (death or birth certificate) If Karthik decides to put Keerti's baby in Naira's arms and not tell her about the death of their own baby then he is a criminal. There is no forgiveness for stealing someone's baby and making it your own.

I agree with all the points everyone else mentioned I don't trust that nurse. It will be great if Kaira's baby girl is alive that means once Karthik tells the truth about the baby swap leading to junior Singhania's departure Kaira will still have their little princess with them.

I also have another idea maybe Naksh somehow finds out about that lying nurse and assumes she stole his daughter. He gets that nurse caught, makes her confess the truth and starts raising the baby as his own because he thinks she is his and Keerti's daughter.
