It was earlier seen that Naira (Shivangi Joshi) will inform Swarna (Parul Chauhan) that she is suffering from a life threatening disease and hence ask her to take Kartik away from her.

It seems that Kartik will announce his marriage with Ashi to make Naira jealous.
