I was re watching my few episodes from the leap...And a few scenes just left me in aww at how well made it was...
(like i am sure there is a lot of thinking that goes into making each one) and when i do watch the first time i tend to be really critical 😆 but i love the show...
The episode where naira is about to go on stage when he name is called out at the freshers party. And she almost slips but she straightens herself and walks up gracefully. And kartik who stood up to aid her, sat back down. This scene for me signified, that she can handle herself. she was able to look out for herself. And it so connected with the next scenes where those marriage fliers came out and kartik stood up again, angry she was humiliated but again rather than have him shield her she spoke and handled everything on her own. I guess thats why it hurt him so badly. She was able to look out for herself perfectly well while he could barely pass a day without being weak and drinking his pain away.
Plus it made him super angry to think she moved on. She handled herself, did not need his help Which leads him to believe she changed moved on...Does not need him anymore when he needs her so desperately
I did not get this when i watched it i was to depressed to notice but the divorce episode when naira and kartik turn away from each other they show a flash back of where they met. Its like this is where it ends and this is where it began it was so sad😭 i saw someone talking about it on instagram.
Todays scene where naira is in his arms...And his hand is holding hers...And she slowly pulls it away and his hand is still there...Its symbolized shes leaving him. her hand leaving his...😭forever...
