I think Baisa might taunt Keerti for cheating them and giving money to blackmailer or asking financial help from Dadi and hiding things from Naksh and in turn Surekha might taunt Natik for hiding his affair. Just my conjecture might not be true. It was hinted many a times that Natik's illness will be misunderstood as his affair with Priyanka. But its nice the way cvz involved Keeri and Dadi showing the difference between Dadi and Singhaniyas. And by showing tough side of Singhaniyas as they were too good for Keerti before but now they have every reason to blast Keerti especially for sharing such details about her father in law with her Dadi that too when she is not sure.
