i can't seem to remember how and when Karthik finds out why Naira ran away and is afraid of the police. And what was his reaction.

it was revealed in cocktail party during kaira vivaah.he was shocked n took his time.dadi broke the marriage but kartik supported naira n asked for registry marriage but naira made him go back n make family understand.

I also have a question. Has there been any time where Akshara or Naira were shown to be wrong in the show. The only time I remember Naira was wrong when she misunderstood Akshara, meaning Akshara was right. Apart from that, i dont remember any. So can anyone help me out?

Naira was wrong several times, once with her mom, and then with Karthik twice, once blaming him for hurting her dad, and killing her mom.

naira is forever wrong 😆 she mu kartik regarding akshara's death,she sacrificed her love for gayu was again stated as wrong,she went for a date with kartik when next morning kartik needed to wake up early,she burnt the invitation card of keesh wedding by mistake which is completely her fault.naira's character is one of the most relatable character of indian serials who keeps on doing mistake but strong enough to make her own identity through learning.yes shes the FL all the track goes through her but she aint no mahan,she advices things which she has learnt throughout her life.
