When did naira actually start calling swarna as maa?? It seemed so sudden in the last couple of episodes.. Karthik is going to flip out fot sure when he hears it..

Kirti considers Suvarna as her mom and Kartik is fine with it, so I think he'll be fine with Naira too. Suvarna supports Naira always and has been from the start they have met, so there's nothing wrong with Naira calling her "mom." However, I do think he'll flip out if Naira plays "matchmaker" between him and Suvarna.
