i think ye black car se jis spot pe ak ki accident hogi usi spot pe aake kartik ka bhi accident hoga.after ak's accident that black car ll go n k ka car hi waha hoga due to his own accident n as that place is not a crowded place so no witness of who did what.ak's body ll b missing n k ll b found thr.in this way this blame game can b shown.otherwse i cant see a way of blaming k anyhow of the two accident spot is diiference considering the two cars r different.
