I remember seeing a topic like this previously informed but I couldn't find it which is why I went ahead and made my own. Please share your views guys. And this is just my personal Opinion it is not to offend anybody. Thank you

What do you guys think was the starting point of the downfall of this?

For me first downfall was the new replacement for Dada Ji. The first actor had such a charm about Him He made such a personality out of that character. I personally felt He was just amazing.

Then one day he was replaced. And I just hateddd the replacement actor that came in. That character just became clueless and a fool from that point on.

Then G mom died. They're just something that I loved about her character. There was just some thing so beautiful about that character and the actress playing her made that happen. She just made it wonderful. She was personally one of my favorite characters of the show. And then she died another major major downfall. Which there was no coming back up personally for me.

Next for me I feel this was the dumbest thing ever. They replaced Natik. As we know Hina Khan was deciding to quit the show. Obviously such a huge thing doesn't happen overnight there is months of thought and questions and planning that goes into that. And I am sure the production house was well aware of that. And if that was the case and that they should have gotten Natik killed off as well. They found another absolute fool to replace him and destroyed that character. There was no reason to keep him alive if the production house(which I'm positive of) knew that Hina was also debating on quitting the show. I mean come on Karan only left about one month ago.

The entire S.Family either died and disappeared. Dada ji, G.ma, RAshmi, Sameer, Akshara, Naksh.

And those annoying Maheshwaris are all still there and kiccking. Rajshri had to be one of my leasttt favorite characters of this show.

I only agreed with you on the replacement for dadaji and gayatri's death; the replacement dadaji was foolish and dumb.

The rest about the new naithik and rajshri i completely disagree with. I don't believe in completely killing off characters just because the actor lost interest in doing the show, plus as far as replacements go for the character...you have to remember when actors leave a show, the casting directors seek to find a suitable replacement that fits the character requirements, not somebody to replace the actor to match up to him, so as far as being a good replacement for the character of naithik, the new naithik is incredibly apt for the role.

Too many karan mehra lovers are being harsh and are too blinded to see that the new actor is actually very much suited for this role. And rajshri is so much approachable as a real woman and mother...gayatri had her moments, but it was hard to connect or feel her character to be realistic when she somewhat shows streaks of the typical indian serial insecure and strict mother-in-law, whereas rajshri was more realistic in her appraoch as a mother and especially as a mother-in-law.

Why do indian serials find it necessary to portray all mother-in-laws as super strict and to feel insecure of their daughter-in-laws? In real life majority of mothers are not insecure or jealous of the wife's closeness with her son or her son being a dutiful husband, so why is such a type of mother-in-law that only exists in small fractions so overly represented in indian serials? Makes no sense.

This!! The new naitik is actually very nice. In fact he looks more age appropriate as a father of grown up kids. I feel bad for the actor.. with Hina gone i think his role would be very little. 😒

Well, for me Akshara and Naitik are the main leads of YRKKH Agar voh dono hi nahi rahe toh rishta kaise banega?

I personally quit watchign the show when Karan quit. For me, he was and will always be Naitik. I like Heena equally as much as Akshra. I just could not bare to see the new Naitik.

Objectively however, if they knew that Karan and Heena both wanted to quit the show then why not just end the show? Or, sort of create a new cast with new leads? Perhaps, Naira and her love (sorry forgot his name) as new leads of the show? I so do not understand thier logic.

Logic? How is shifting the story to the younger generation after 8 long years of focusing on the older generation illogical? It happens in any family where changes take place in terms of mindset, values and traditions from generation to generation. What wrong is there in giving the younger actors a chance when there are people enjoying the new generation but also they and the rest of the cast have also worked hard for this show. For fans of the original leads to say that the show should end just because hina and karan chose to leave is highly inconsiderate considering that would mean the crew and cast members jobless who have also worked hard on the show and need to earn a living.

I think people are mixing character and actor here.. usually for mature audience its the character dt matters unlikee school kids n teenaagers. Who watch these shows who mix up reel real n what not as if their life depends on one serial...

And actors slugfest is one more thing... and mind u all these are only on online platforms... baki trp aunties ko toh bas unke timepass ho jani cchahiye.. they dont care. Who is dead who is alive.. who left d show who replaced whom etc.. woh bas dekhte hai aur bhool jate hai..

And actors releasing statemets like show should go offf air.. or actors indirectly abusing co actors when they leave d show is bad for their career only

For producr it will not matter as long as they r getting what the invest back..

Yeah and focussing on younger gen is not illogical for u cant keep showing same akshara ji naitik ji all days andweeks..and for those who think rohan is pillar of show..sorry but evrryobe knows that duggu centered track was a big. Flop
