Mohsin did say Naira will dream about Kartik after Kartiks silver jubilee dream.

And Kartik's silver jubilee dream will be in Swiss...so Naira's dream is after they come back

Abh Switzerland kab jayenga iska bhi nahi patha! Showing these seg weeks before they will actually air is not a very wise decision.
