I would love it to be Akshara but that would be too easy as I think Akshara likes Karthik, first she might be a bit angry but when she sees his love, she will support. Even if Mishti or Kuhu get to know I don't mind. After Naira accepts Mishti and Kuhu acting as messengers would be cute. Mishti Naira ki taraf se and Kuhu Karthik ki taraf se and since the two sisters are very close no one will doubt

Though I doubt it will be gayu and her jealousy will go next level
