They had a baby girl also then there was a 10year leap after Bhabhi Ma kicked Akshara out of the house thinking she was responsible for DADAji's death. Post leap Akshara, Naitik and their now grown kids (Naksh and Naira) had relocated to Cape Town SA. Bhabhima has realised she was mistaken blaming Akshara for Dadaji's death and has forgiven her so to amend for her mistake Naksh suggested they get Akshara and Naitik remarried which is what is going on right now. Preparations for their remarriage to celebrate their wedding annivesary Hope that helps:)

not sure but I think Naksh is 20 and Niara10 or 11
