I think the new one just needs time...some people may take more time to get used to their co-actors than others (although even I feel he needs to speak up)

He has to create a niche for himself, he knows that. he also knows that the old Anshu had been there since the time of inception of the show...so lets give him some more time.

I am sure he will do good work
