Surrogacy Track?

Should they do a surrogacy track? Let's say that Akshara gets pregnant again but the doctor again says that she is weak and should go for an abortion. But this time Akshara won't agree to it. Even after everyone tries to convince her. Do you think that they should go for surrogacy then?

ya in pregnency track he said "agar baby hua to theek warna hamare liye to nksh hi kafi hai" so if can concieve then its ok otherwise no..from naitik's side and this track too
