if we kick manager what happened dusara manager ata hai he try to create problems between them. it is definetely naitk and shouryas fault. they trust this idiot. how can they trust third person words dono yek duserese itne achi se janta hai. if this manager try to talk wrong about other they need to put manager shut. the main problem is here both are not trusting each other. they are behaving like child.

both are very caring by their families what they want elders put infront of them. they are not preparing for sharing each other plans and want they want to do. what is their work etc. the main thing is its not correct to allow third persons interference.

You are right but one should tell them both that its manager fault who is not telling them real situation and creating more misunderstanding, which leads to split of business yesterday.
