When we spoke to Rajshri about her diet tips, she said, "I am very particular about the diet of my family. I don't believe in dieting, so I tell my family members especially my husband, my son Shourya, my daughter-in-law Varsha, my daughter Akshara and dadi to eat well. I don't want anyone to starve because it's not good for health. I believe in a balanced diet which includes carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamins which is found in dal, roti, sabzi, chawal and most important dahi(curd) which is quite beneficial for health. Apart from balanced diet, I believe in doing basic Yoga which keeps our mind and body free from toxic elements."
Further she told us, "I don't go for crash diet courses as it affects our diet very badly and one must do brisk walking for 35 to 40 minutes. We should at least try to eat 5 small meals which should be healthy and one must avoid junk food, fried and oily food stuffs. I want my family members to eat a healthy breakfast, so I prefer sprouts like kala chana, moong dal. Main bas yahin chahti hoon ki mere bachche samay pe khana khaaye…"
She also gave a message to all her well-wishers that, "Please don't starve. Eat nutritious food in moderate proportion."
