Reason for loosing TRP

When i first saw the promo i know this show could be great ...but the problem is the basic story of Arrange Marriage has scope only before marriage & few episodes after marriage. So they should have ended the show . But they decided to drag the show as hell. For long run of a show . Without the main story the side stories should be interesting & engaging . But sorry to say in Yeh Rishta.. Without The lead couple story , no story had worked for me or thay have anything special or new to offer. When it comes to characters of lead pair Naitik 's characterization is very week even before their marriage when He suspected Akshara then i knew it He will be a big looser.

Lets take Kyunki Saas bhi Kabhi bhau thi , though some people might not appreciate the show,but it ran for 8 years.Without TULSI -MIHIR most of the supporting actors had strong story .be it Karan , Gautam ,ganga, Bhoomi, AANSH. ,baa, savita etc... All were popular as well as had strong impact where as in a story like Yeh Rishta after a point people will become bored. So It will be better they should show more realistic story with happy ending .As the show is not doing that well right now it is better they should make the screenplay tighter. As there is hardly any story in Yeh Rishta...Still It is watchable because of Heena Khan ...Karan mehra has same expression in every scene. He is so dumb. I guess if i was a writer for the show i would have made it a great show..One day i will definitely post my Version Of YEH RISHTA...

i agree.. the show is dragging on and on and on.. without a strong story.. even when they have a story to show.. they mess the whole thing up by dragging the same track for ages... that akshara-walking-out-of-the-house track.. my god.. it went on for months.. n that's the reason we lose interest in the serial.. one day in the serial goes on for almost a week.. i dnt think dre's any need for this.. it was acceptable when the show just started.. but now.. with weak story n unlimitlessly dragging of episodes... yeh rishta has fallen down.. n it has fallen down to an extent from whre it can never regain it's past glory..... itz as simple as dat..

yeah ur rite tat stories of supportng characters of the show has no head & tail... b it shourya-varsha or kaka-kaki... or mohit-nandini...🤢

actully shourya-varsha's track of leavng house was good initially but now thy hav spoilt it by showng same thng again & again... evryday same dialogues - tu ghar par akeli hai, kaise kaam kregi? dhanya ko bhej deti hu etc. etc... juz hate ths track...😡

& now thy'll repeat the same thng wid naksh... i hope thy dont... but CV's of ths show has no brains.... totall dead cells🤢

Talkng about karan - he has improved a lot... & tat can be seen in his performance nowadaz.. so i dont hav any complaints frm him 😃

UR version OF YRKKH - we will b waitng..plz do post it 😃😃😃

a gree that the supporting couples are maha boring n have no story of their own........i just can't tolerate Shava or Mohini.....🤢

but i think lead actor's story is there but it needs to be well executed.....plotting is very bad.....as for now m not enjoying Mohini's track n their marriage at all.......but whatever Naksh's scenes are shown i am liking it n enjoying too........😃 n i think Naitik too has improved a lot.......in Akshara's words 'aap kaafi sudhar rahe hai'....😆 😆

yup u r right........they drag things a lot.......one day takes a weeks n sometimes even more to end.....m not at all liking this Mohini track......but now-a-days NAKSH r good

Your analysis about YRKKH - "It has lost its glory" is so true. The only positive thing RS did for YRKKH is to have selected a good team of actors who are presentable and have the skills of acting . Beyond that he has failed with a very poorly written dis-organised script which has very little positive message for the audience. Very unfortunate.

"Still It is watchable because of Heena Khan ..." Here I agree 200% with you. The serial is not doing justice to actresses/ actors who are so dedicated to their profession and are so skilled in acting- because the poor quality of the script will eventually have adverse affect on their performance.

I hope YRKKH wraps up soon, before they destroy the confidence of these excellent talented people.

i agree...its dragging tooo much...n shava n mohini..................

karan hina have improved in their acting now....atleast ther's no dhatts frm akshara for every single thing.... though we still get to hear "naitik, mujhe bahut kaam hai" ....but no complains regarding their acting as of now....

coming to the story part, the less said abt DIMRI n RS, the much betr for us.....cuz howmuch ever we shout n tell them to change the story, thy r not gonna listen...........🤢🤢🤢

DIMRI is on mission to ruin YRKKH n saddest part is she's almost there............😭😭........

Being a bengali i watch regularly OBS , & now SGP. OBS has a wonderful story , where an arrogant girl got his family & mother after an arrange marriage . SGP & OBS oth has a huge supporting cast & they all are good actors. Even both two shows are more real in presentation & approach . The way Badi maa- boro maa , Ishhan , SUHAANA -LOLITA ,etc had made an impact on us Yeh Rishta .. 's characters has not been able to do that .Most important thing is OBS, SGP somehow touches your heart , which Yeh rishta had in initial episodes but now It is same EKTA kind of show where mother in law is evil.etc etc. OBS , SGP had a fun element attached to it which is also missing in Yeh rishta...Still i guess if i was the CV . I would have made it a great show..Because these CV , Director could not utilize the concept & talents of actors. Yeh Rishta is still in TOP 10 because it is in STAR PLUS. I means they have hardly any script.how shallow
